Why Is My Hair Half Curly Half Straight

Well i ve been told by my hairdresser to do it all natural shampoo condition twice in the shower towel dry my hair just a little then leave it go to bed with wet hair then i d repeat this every 3 days he said that this is best for your hair but now i ve just realised like you said my hair is really dry i just want my curls to be all.

Why is my hair half curly half straight. Ot that my mom had straight hair my dad had curly hair so i get both. I would like to find some options to get the straight portion of my hair to match the natural waves or to straighten the waves to match the straight portion. To get the perfect longish haircut like below the shoulders ask your stylist to cut the straight hair underneath anywhere from one to three inches depending on how long you want to keep. I started my curl journey about a month ago and i haven t used heat since.

Anyway stuff happens there is probably an explanation. I do not like to spend hours styling my hair every day or use any kind curling flat iron. The top half of my hair is straight and underneath the bottom half is curly. I have no idea what to do about this.

Most of my products are sulfate silicone and paraben free. I ve even bleached and dyed the right side several times and it s still way curlier than the left. No two curls are the same and everybody s hair is different. The right side of my head with the majority of my hair is super curly but the left side is super not.
